Get to work. Meetings, meetings, meetings. Did I miss lunch? Ugh, the day is almost over. It’s almost dinner. Meetings, meetings, meetings. Head home, greet the munchkin, greet the hubby (or wife or dog or couch). Sound familiar? I bet it does. With all that we already have to do, who wants to stress about what to make for dinner? Wouldn’t it be grand to have dinner on the table in 30 minutes or less? Well, with this recipe, you can do just that. None of the carbs, all of the flavor, and all of the smiles.

- 6 leaves of romaine lettuce
- 3/4lb of flank steak
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 2 tablespoons of low sodium soy sauce
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 tablespoon of vegetable or canola oil
- 3 tablespoons of hoisin sauce

Instructions
- Wash, drain, pat dry, and set aside the leaves of romaine lettuce.

- Stir the hoisin sauce into the skillet and allow the beef to continue cooking for another 3-4 minutes (or less depending on desired temperature).
- Spoon 3-4 tablespoons of beef into each leaf of lettuce.
