I tend to buy mint in very large bunches, so I am always looking for new ways to use the mint leaves. When National Tequila Day (July 24) rolled around, I couldn’t think of a better way to use the mint that I had on hand than creating a tequila cocktail. Introducing the Tequila Mint Breeze. Tequila Mint Breeze

Ingredients
- 1/4 fresh grapefruit (peeled and segmented)
- 1 can of Bai Bubbles Gimbi Grapefruit
- 10 mint leaves
- 6 ounces of tequila
- sugar (for the rim of the glass)
Instructions
- Muddle the mint leaves in the bottom of a shaker. If you do not have a muddler, you may use the handle of a wooden spoon.
- Add in the tequila and stir.
- Sugar the rim of your serving glasses and place the grapefruit segments in the glass. Pour in the tequila and mint.
- Add in the Bai Bubbles and be sure to leave room for some ice. Add the ice, stir and enjoy. (Note: You can add more or less Bai Bubbles depending on how strong you do or do not want your drink to be.)
