It doesn’t say anything about cooking the shrimp…. do u out the shrimp in the shells raw?
Hi, Rebecca. Yes, the shrimp are still raw when they are put into the shells. The shrimp will be cooked when the pasta shells are placed into the oven. You have the option of cooking the shrimp before hand, but since shrimp cook fairly quickly, you run the risk of the shrimp overcooking once placed into the shells and into the oven.
Where does the sauteed garlic and scallion go? I don’t see in the recipe where to put it other than to set it aside.
Add in the garlic and scallion right after the shredded spinach.
