Rum Cream Root Beer Float

Just a little island twist on a classic root beer float. The name says its all. I like my floats with more ice cream than float, so feel free to adjust ice cream to root beer proportions as you wish.

Ingredients

  • 2 medium-sized scoops of vanilla ice cream
  • 1 ounce of Ray & Nephew Rum Cream
  • 2 ounces

Instructions

  1. Put two scoops of vanilla ice cream into a large glass.
  2. Pour the rum cream over the ice cream.
  3. Pour the root beer over the ice cream.
  4. Top with whipped cream and a cherry. Enjoy.
