Ingredients
- 1, 20-oz can of pineapple chunks (in pineapple juice)
- 8 ounces of coconut cream
- 1 tablespoon of granulated sugar
Instructions
- Pour the pineapple, including the pineapple juice, coconut cream, and sugar into the blender. Blend until smooth and pour into the popsicle molds.
- Freeze the molds for three hours, remove from the freezer, serve and enjoy.
