Ingredients
- pizza dough (refrigerated and rolled out into a 12-inch circle)
- 1 cup of alfredo sauce
- 1 tablespoon of Walkerswood jerk seasoning
- 1, 7oz bag of Tyson Preimum Grilled White Chicken
- 3/4 cup of red pepper, diced
- 3/4 cup of mango, diced
- 1 cup of arugula
- 1 cup of shredded mozzarella
- 1 cup of shredded Parmesan
- 3 tablespoons of Walkerswood Jerk BBQ sauce (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- Place the pizza dough onto a non-stick pizza pie pan. (Pro tip: Purchase refrigerated, pre-rolled pizza dough from your local grocery store. Publix sells pre-rolled dough (usually $3.79 each) in its bakery section.
- Pour the alfredo sauce onto the dough. Using a large spoon, spread the alfredo sauce all over the surface of the pizza dough.
- Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese and mozzarella cheese onto the pizza.
- On a cutting board, chop the grilled chicken into small cubes. Then, in a small bowl, mix the chicken and the jerk seasoning together.
- Sprinkle the seasoned chicken cubes onto the pizza.
- Sprinkle the diced pepper and mango onto the pizza. (Pro tip: You can purchase containers of diced red pepper and diced mango in the refrigerated section of your local grocery store.)
- Place the pizza into the oven for 12 minutes.
- After 12 minutes have passed, open the oven, slide out the oven rack that the pizza is on, and top the pizza with the arugula.
- Bake the pizza for 3 additional minutes and then remove the pizza from the oven.
- If you would like to add just a bit of sweet heat to your pizza, drizzle the Walkerswood Jerk BBQ sauce on top.
- Slice the pizza into 8 slices, plate, and enjoy.
