In my house, we are team Atlanta United. When we aren’t down at the stadium screaming out A-T-L, we are at home having our own game time celebration and my Game Time Hot Wings are always on the menu. They are simple to make and so delicious. You will definitely want to add this to your game time menu. Let’s get cooking!

Ingredients
- 1lb of buffalo wings
- 1 lime
- 1 tablespoon of Kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon of smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 tablespoon of onion powder
- 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
- 1 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup of Frank's Red Hot Buffalo Sauce
- Vegetable oil (for frying)
Instructions
- Place the chicken into a large mixing bowl. Cut the lime in half and squeeze the juice of the lime over the chicken and then add in the kosher salt. Toss until the chicken is evenly coated in lime and salt.
- Add in the paprika, black pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder. Toss again until the chicken is evenly coated in all of the spices.
- Using a skillet, bring the vegetable oil to a high heat. Pour in enough oil so that you have a depth of about 1/2 inch. While the oil is heating up, pour the flour into a separate bowl and dredge the chicken wings in the flour. Be sure to turn the chicken wings in the flour so that each wing is well coated in flour.
- Place the chicken wing into the skillet, taking care not to overcrowd the pan. Fry the wings for about five minutes per side or until golden and cooked all the way through.
- Once the wings have finished frying, place them into a clean mixing bowl, pour in the buffalo wing sauce, and toss the wings in the sauce.
- Plate, serve with fresh celery, blue cheese dressing (or ranch dressing, if you insist) and enjoy.
