Blueberry Parfaits

One of the nice things about parfaits is that they really only require three things in order to be fantastic: 1.) quality yogurt, 2.) fresh fruit, and 3.) great presentation. I like to serve my parfaits in martini glasses when I have friends over for brunch, but the truth is, you can use almost anything to serve parfaits. A bowl, a traditional wine glass, a stemless wineglass, whatever you have, you can make it work.

I used blueberries for this parfait recipe, but you can use any fruit that you would like. Strawberries and blackberries work well with this recipe.
