Ingredients
- 6 packets of Quaker Oats Maple and Brown SugarInstant Oatmeal
- 1 1/3 cup of skim milk
- 2/3 cup of blueberries
Instructions
- In a medium sized mixing bowl, empty the content of all four instant oatmeal packets.
- Pour in the milk and stir the oatmeal so that everything is mixed evenly.
- Place the oatmeal mixture in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
- While the oatmeal is in the refrigerator, take out your cupcake pan and line 12 cups with cupcake liners.
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Take the oatmeal out of the refrigerator and distribute the oatmeal into the cupcake pan(s).
- Top each cupcake with 5-6 blueberries (or just go crazy and add as many as you would like).
- Place the oatmeal cupcakes into the oven for 30 minutes and set the oven timer.
- After 30 minutes have passed, remove the cupcakes from the oven.
- Set the cupcakes aside and allow them to cool before eating.
