Ingredients
- 1 lime
- 5-6 blackberries
- 6-7 mint leaves
- 2 ounces of white rum
- 2 teaspoons of brown sugar
- 1 ounce of club soda
Instructions
- In a shaker, add two tablespoons of freshly squeeze lime juice, the blackberries, and mint leaves and muddle together.
- Add in the sugar and rum and stir until all of the sugar crystals have dissolved. Give it a shake and pour into an ice filled glass. Be sure to leave some room for the final ingredient.
- Add the club soda into the glass and give the drink one more store. Top with additional blackberries or mint leaves if desired, sip, and enjoy.
